Michael has been passionate about cars as long as he can remember. He always played racing games, and in 2022 began playing on a G29 steering wheel, later moving into sim-racing games. In 2024, he tried indoor rental karts, then joined the Arrive and Drive program at HRKC. By the end of that first season he had a 2nd place Trophy Cup Challenge finish and 3rd in the arrive and drive championship. He returned for a second rental season — and mid-way through, connected with KMR and tried one of their karts. Then, he bought his own kart and joined the team. The opportunity allowed him to take the next step in his racing career and begin competing in professional karting.
Away from the circuit, he is on bikes, skis, in a sim race, or hunting down the next model car for his collection. Those details matter — they are the full picture of who is behind the wheel: curious, competitive, and always looking for the next line.
